SoonerCare is Oklahoma’s Medicaid program. It is a federal and state law program that provides medical services to low-income people who do not have or have insufficient health insurance coverage.
Soonercare is Oklahoma’s health program and is administered by the Oklahoma Health Authority (OHCA). Most autistic children in Oklahoma receive health care through Soonercare.

Steps To Retrieve Forgotten Username
If you forgot your User ID, don’t worry, you can easily recover it by following these steps:
- Go to www.oklahoma.gov to see the official website
- Select the Forgot User ID option from the drop-down list.
- After clicking on it, you were redirected to a new page after a redirect.
- If you are asked to provide your account information, please do so. Your account will be identified based on the information you provide.
- If your email address is registered, this email will be sent to you when a match is found.
- User type, trading partner ID and PIN must be entered here.
- Upon completion of the form, you will need to click on the “Submit” button in order to submit the information.
After receiving your new ID number, you will receive an email at the email address provided.
