How To Create A User Account?
To use SoonerCare services and enjoy their benefits, you must have a registered account on the official portal at www.oklahoma.gov. Steps and phases for registering a new account are listed below:
- Log on to the official website at www.oklahoma.gov.
- You will see a new page on the screen.
- You have filled in the requested data.
- You must also provide your email address.
- After entering all the requested data, please double check, specifically send an email because you will receive a confirmation email.
- When finished, click the Submit button.
You will receive a confirmation from the official portal to your registered email address with your username and password.

Login Steps And Stages
If you are already registered with Earliest Care, you can easily and simply register at www.oklahoma.gov. Here is the registration process, which consists of different steps and phases:
- Logging into your account requires visiting the official application website at https://apply.okhca.org/Site/UserAccountLogin.aspx.
- After arriving at the official website, you will need to enter your credentials that were emailed to you during the registration process.
- Click the Submit button.
To be eligible for SoonerCare, a person must:
- Resides in Oklahoma;
- To be eligible for the program, you must be a citizen of the United States or qualified alien (most immigrants arriving after August 22, 1996 are ineligible for the program for five years);
- Meet income and financial resource patterns in specific categories.
